Take it at the same time of day, when it is easiest for you. Doesn't matter before or after food or during, just as long as you take it at the same time every day until finished.

When you first get up in the morning, i dont think antibiotics have to be taken specifically before or after food, only tables like ibuprofen have to be taken with or after food, check the leaflet that came with them that should help.

Usually if its once a day It usually means in the A.M. Check to see if its needed to be taken with food or without. If your really not sure call your doctor.

It doesn't matter what time of day as long as you take it at approximately the same time each day - usually with food.
