December 06, 1992 was the day when indias secular and tolerant values were given a state burial by die hard hindu fanatics and terror outfits led by RSS (not Really simple Syndication)Bajrangdal, VHP and the security forces who actively participated in pulling down the historical monument. I commemorate by wearing black band on my shoulder and wearing a tricolor flag of india which signifies Hindu Mulsim unity. How about you? lets all peace loving indians join hands and demand that the outfits like RSS, BAJRANGI DAL AND VHP ARE banished from the indian soil.

Demolition ,desecration ,plunder ,destruction and raids by hordes of rampaging mobster-armies are not new to this country. All the people who are hurt by the incident should also consider the pain felt by people and their progeny in this land from times with recorded history at hundreds of similar incidents and their religious tolerance and belief in peaceful coexistence. Any incident of attack on any place of worship of any kind and any instance of attempts at endangering religious harmony should be condemned in unequivocal terms . The best way to spend this day is not to remember or remind the unfortunate incident. Let each one of us adapt a colleague/classmate/neighbour/friend FROM OTHER FAITH as OUR OWN family member today.Let this be declared day of brotherhood and not black badgeday .

It may have dented the image but who cares ? We the people of India need a good governace thats all. Anyone fails in this (be it BJP or Congress) we have the power to snatch it and give it to other capables. So don't remain under such misconception that Congress has got some sort of immunity if it is not involved in Ayodhya issue. Other issues like CORRUPTION, BLACK MONEY, ANTI-SIKH RIOT, BOPHAL VICTIMS, etc. are already in list with Congress. Apart from Congress & BJP we have options too. There are many many great leaders in every nook & corner of India. So be careful and tell your masters not to get involved in mud throwing activity as it'll dent your own image. BTW let me remind you something which is very remarkable but noticed by none. Jinnah was not that bad as you think he was. He was as good/bad as Nehru was. There was no difference between Nehru & Jinnah both for both were highly qualified & similar in attitudes and both took part in freedom struggle almost equally and former also used respect Gandhi very much. But situation went wrong during Independence in 1947. The only think Jinnah requested is to be the first PM of Independent India. While M K Gandhi had no problem with that except Nehru who wanted that the post should come him first. Jinnah was of the view that if he becomes the first PM can safeguard muslims interest in India but that doesn't mean he was against the united India. MK Gandhi also went to pursue Nehru to compromise and give Jinnah a chance to keep the country united. But Nehru remained adamant & ignored Gandhi's requests in his face and went on to become PM. This led Jinnah to form his own country for muslims which he never wanted. After formation of Pakistan he declared that Pakistan being an Islam country would also have equal amount of tolerance for other religions. Though the present situations suggests that the people in Pakistan doesn't seems to follow this. So, the question is NOT about who is more secular - Jinnah or Nehru ? as both were equally SO CALLED SECULARS The question is why Nehru never accepted Gandhi's requests ? Why he ignored MKG's suggestions when he was speaking on nations interests ? Why he thought that only a Hindu can become first PM of India ? while both struggled equally for independence. Considering the condition of muslims during the 50 years of Congress rule (read MISRULE) it seems that Jinnah was right in his concern for muslims future with India.

I hope those events will not occur in future.Actually...interested in wearing a black band but willing to wear a tricolour flag indicating the secularism of our country. Some parties are really responsible for the disputes between people belonging to different religions. Any way let us love and live in peace.

By punishing the culprits including the political leaders involved, by making good losses of victims - atleast financially - and taking a lesson and oath not to reapt and so on . More importantly, ban all those communal political parties who incite communal riots and general strikes and bandhs in the country.

It's is a day when tolerance was killed, and a brother turned again a brother. A temple and a Mosque back to back, both the house (GOD? ALLHA?) Where people go to pray for peace and hapniness. Does it matter where u go?

I am not really interested in wearing a band!

I think we must take a pledge that we will not harm people of any other religion whether it is Hindu, Muslims or christens.

Similarly, this pledge must be taken by people of all community.
