Given the unexpected tragedy that the Redskins had to go through the past week I, really don't think that everyones mind was remotely there. People say that the two TO's back to back cost them the game. Naw, the Skins lost it as a team. It was 16 to 8 going into the 4th qtr and they let the Bills come back. The game came down to last few seconds because I don't think the Skins were ready to play. You can blame Gibbs all you want but, your pointing your finger at the wrong guy. His thought process was as much hindered as everyone elses.

I agree with a few of the other answers that could be a sign of the game getting away from you. Any Head Coach should know that rule it may be time for a lot of the older Coaches in the League to give way to the younger generation. Hell it's working in Pittsburgh.....

This was not entrapment. Gibbs should have been fully aware of the rules.

If you call time out in basketball and you have none left, it's a technical foul. In football, calling two in a row (without a play between them) is a 15 yard penalty. Everybody knows it except for old, senile, announcers pretending to be coaches. Get over it. Nobody needs more than 1 time out to set the play. It keeps teams from wasting time.

Those are the rules. If Gibbs was unaware of them, he should not be a head coach!!

Gibbs must be getting forgetful in his old age. He probably should have stayed retired. This game has passed him by.
