You may need to use Flash for this effect. I don't think javascript can skew text like that. Search http://flashden.net to see if they have one already made.

If you mean a text seen "going away from us" (top line very small, bottom large), you can't do it with javascript (or it will be extremely complicated).
Search for "scrolling text" in java libraries: someone has probably done it.
Your bet would be some flash anime or similar...
