What if God created a tree full of edible bibles and it was one of these not a snake which tempted Adam and Eve and caused them to leave The Garden. What if God also were to have created a race of sentient Bibles which would not submit to being read in Churches or elsewhere by man.

hahaha

nice one!

This thing about temptation is ridiculous anyway as the normal response to hunger is to eat. The inherent message is that we should always be depriving ourselves, something I believe the RC's take quite seriously when telling other people how they should live.
At the end of the day it doesn't matter what 'caused' the Fall as it is simply a message of social conditioning telling you to always submit to higher authority.
And why would the sentient bibles have a problem with being read id god had created them? Surely they wouls want to be read, it would be their raison d'etre (I think!)

Nice question. It will take me an infinitely long time to figure out what you're asking! So unfortunately you'll have to wait till the End of Time for my answer.
