For some reason I think you know this but here ya go anyway.
What your looking for is a crapbox Mac Pro.
Their motherboards are Asus, graphics by ATI, CPU by Intel, RAM by Corsair or other, harddrive by Toshiba, screen and drives and everything else is 3rd party. Apple puts it together and gives you their warranty, just like HP and Dell. This isn't a secret. You can go to "About This Mac" under the blue Apple on your Mac and see who makes everything.

wow. that's an extreme gamming platform motherboard you are looking for.
anyway, there is always the asus blitz extreme and the Maximus Extreme. if you do not want such a fancy one, you can also go for the Extreme striker which is equally great in terms of performance,
