Yes I poach them in there all the time in my handy dandy microwave egg poacher. Key is you have to make sure the yolk is broken up or the egg will explode all over the microwave. And no - you can't cook them in the shell in the microwave!

Yes I have and it blew up because I didn't ***** the yolk. What a mess it made in the microwave. If you want to cook eggs in the microwave best to scramble them.

Yea I have those things you put about 3 drops of water in with the egg and poof 30 sec. cooked egg. kinda like poached eggs.

Yes, it was a joke though because i knew what would happen. It exploded and blew the door off. I would not recommend doing this.

yeah we do it all the time at work. you gotta get the timing exactly right so it's cooked properly, but doesn't explode.
