I am talking about genuine humanitarian aid and international relief projects of every imaginable kind.

I am not just talking about the US Governments efforts but the multiple thousands of volunteer organizations at work every day. Add to this list the non-profit organizations and the for profit corporations and the list is enormous.

Apparently so. Without this massive aid the world would be a incredible lot worse. This huge aid programme operates almost immediately when there is a catastrophe in the world. Every time they are up there at the top giving to the less able and those in need.

The dollar figures are high because Americans dont need all that money.

Maybe for the volunteer orgs yes. But the government, no. Yeah he's right, give with one hand take with the other. Help with more strings attached.

Who knows. I wanted to answer this but I couldn't come up with the words. (Sorry)

But we know charity is abused, period. It is a write off on your taxes so If I want a boat, well I could say "It's for charity. You know. For the retards and sh-t."

Hell, If I'm really good, I can prosper and slap the IRS in the face at the same time, If you get my drift...(Wink Wink)
