A fear of world war-3 ?

u all might have heard the name of NOSTRA DAMUS.the man of 14-15th century who predicted about ww-1 & ww-2,hitler & some other drastic terms,also predicted ww-3!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes Dear, we have ALL heard about him. But your premise that he predicted WW-ll and Hitler and the events of 9-11 are just so much hocus pocus BS designed to sell books and ad space on the TV.

Nostradamus did NOT predict any of the things attributed to him-OTHER people reading his quatrains interpreted his ramblings as predictions and attributed them to him as a seer or prophet. It is all just entertainment, just like the funny papers and the Horoscope pages.

There is NO shortcut to life, you have to play the whole hand out that is given you. Life is NOT preordained so much by ancient babalers as it is by the immediate actions under our own control. YOU have a far better chance of predicting YOUR future through the choices you make then some 15th century soothsayer.

Enjoy the entertainment but don't take the message OUTSIDE of the theater.

You'll note that his predictions were all translated or attributed to those events that you mentioned AFTER the events occurred, even though he was a medieval philosopher. so what does that say about the predictions.

Anyone can say WW3 will happen, it's not only possible, but its probable. It could be 28 minutes from now or 280 years from now. When the superpowers square off against each other in two camps, then come back and we'll talk WW3

Until then, just think regional conflicts, wars between rump states, proxy wars and brinksmanship. If you recall the Yom Kippur War in 1973, a coalition of Arab States (Egypt, Syria and Jordan) were soundly defeated by the Israelis. That was a worse situation than the current conflict and it didn't raise a blip on the world war radar (not that it didn't have the potential to spark a global war).

The next World War will involve a nuclear exchange, how could it not. In the first 30 minutes, nearly a billion people will have been vaporised, mostly in the US, Russia, Europe, China and Japan. Another 1.5 billion will die shortly thereafter from radiation poisoning. The northern hemisphere will be plunged into prolonged agony and barbarity.

Eventually the nuclear winter will spread to the southern hemisphere and all plant life will die. You ask when is the apacolypse, you are asking when will we commit global suicide. My answer is it won't happen soon because the larger superpowers are more rational than the rump states in the middle east.

Our biggest risk is an accidental launch of nukes by one of the nuclear powers.

It's already cooking up actually. Iran is making a nuclear bomb and they're gonna use it. WW3 is a nuclear holocaust. Personally, I can't wait for it all because I believe its all led towards salvation. In 2012 a comet is supposed to destroy the earth, but a code in the bible it says, " Comet. It will be crumbled. I will tear it to pieces." Actually the Mayan calender which is the countdown to the last day of the planet is December 21, 2012. The time I heard is 11:11 but I'm not sure about the exact time. Overall everyone has their own beliefs about the end of days whether it is fake, real or how it will all happen. Honestly it doesn't matter because you can only live in the now. Stressing over it doesn't help but it's still good to understand its happening and that you can participate in the enlightenment of humanity if you may. Zhuge Liang once said, "The doctor must first cut the patient open in order to heal him."
