Please tell me if it is possible to warp to a specific place like maybe your mothers house, and whether or not you have the power in that form to talk to a person in this world or have the power to move things without being seen. I once saw a film based on a true story about this woman who would leave her body every night and find herself in this beuatiful house. One day her and her husband were out searching for a new homw when she spotted the house. She knocked on the door and an old lady answered and said she was the ghost that had been haunting her home and sold the house to her at a greatly redused price.

Some people are quite capable of astral travel. When I astrally visit my mom or grandma, they don't see me, and I can't touch anything in that plane. They always sense me though, and i usually get a phone call soon afterward. My mom knows what I'm up to and will ask me about it, so it's cool to know it works.

Anything is possible. Everything, all matter, is energy and has a wave form and frequency. Traveling to a specific destination simply requires the ability to dial up the correct frequency - plugging your mind into any given environment, or even several environments at once if one is so developed.
The story you mentioned about the house is the story of Joan Grant, who had published several books on her reincarnation and mystical experiences/beliefs. "Far Memory" is one of them.
Talking to people while in an astral state requires the other party be somewhat sensitive as well. Moving objects is possible, but generally only more negatively minded astral travelers knock things over and push stuff around.
In the future, human sensitivity will increase. What is now mislabeled as "psychic" or "mystical" will be understood as very real scientific phenomenon. i dont know if you really have control over where you travel, I have had an experience when I was out there in the cosmic universe, on the night beofre 9/11, and i was experiencing bombings and "war" and it wsa too terrible, i never planned for that , it was where i was taken, ... still haunts me, it wsa a strange journey!
if i have out of body experiences, then it seems more "controlled" and I am in the situation but not...
