I found a different version of this song on youtube once, it was a guy singing the lyrics instead of a woman. The video was taken down though and I don't know who sings the song. I really want to hear it again, does anybody know who sings it? The guy one, not the girl one.


And no, not the one that has little lily in it.

The only version I know is the one that came out in the 1970s by child singer Lena Zavaroni. Sadly, she died from anorexia nervosa in 1999. I looked up the song and found that it was originally recorded by Eddie Cantor and introduced in the 1921 musical "The Midnight Rounders".
