My mother is in one and I want to know its past record , good or bad not opinions FACTS

You should be able to go to the website for the licensing agency in your state. Some states call it the Dept. of Human Services. In Texas it's called the Department of Aging and Disabilities (DADS).

There should be a record of any violations the nursing home has incurred with their recent inspections.
