We have a wonderful 2 year old son who is our "LIFE!!" We want to give our son a sibling and still have the desire to have a biological child. 1. Get regular exercise: While you should avoid vigorous training programs, regular and moderate exercise helps you maintain a healthy body weight, helps control stress, and gives you a healthier overall body.

2. Perform relaxation exercises: Since infertility and life in general can be stressful, learn to relax. Stress is sometimes responsible for certain infertility problems such as hormonal problems.

3. Maintain a healthy weight: Not too under or overweight since weight influences estrogen and testosterone levels.

4. Watch your body temperature: Avoid vigorous exercise, hot tubs, and saunas since they raise the body temperature and may cause changes in ovulation and reduced sperm count.

5. Check for exposure to heavy metals: Heavy metal toxins may affect ovulation. A hair analysis can determine exposure.

6. Take age into consideration: A man's fertility begins to decrease after he is thirty so take this into consideration when deciding when to have children.

Hi there! I am 22 and 31 weeks pregnant with my first. Here are some pointers we got from our doctors when we were trying to get pregnant; For him - make sure he wears lose fitting underwear like boxers, this helps keep him cooler down there. Make sure if he has a sitting job, that he gets up and gets his circulation moving ever 2 hours or so for about 10 minutes (my husband has a computer job so he sits a lot while at work, and has an hour commute both ways to and from work), tell him to avoid hot baths, showers, hot tubs or saunas-this causes the sperm count to go down. Something that isn't proven but is said to help is before having sex have him drink a cup of coffee or something high in caffiene (said to help if he has slower swimmers). When having sex, do it with him on top and with a pillow under your butt. This helps the sperm travel more quickly to where it needs to be, also after sex, stay on your back for around 20 minutes slow swimmers take longer to reach their destination! For you don't drink caffiene, eat a lot of dark green vegitables, and don't stress, if you are worried about it or stressed at all, a lot of times your body senses that and you will not be able to get pregnant. It is supposed to be a fun time in your life, enjoy sex and have fun! That is the most important thing! We started having sex every other day of the month (or so) I ended up getting pregnant like 5 days before my period so I have a really weird ovulation schedule, something else you can do is buy those ovulation strips you pee on and find out when you are ovulating-this is especially a good idea if your periods are irregular because you will ovulate at different times of the month. Still best to have sex every other day because this helps his sperm count rise, start a few days before you are supposed to ovulate because his sperm can stay in your system for 5-7 days. Hopefully this will help you guys out... Don't give up! Good luck my prayers are with you!!!! **HUGS** Toni Lynne ;)

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

Well I have no experience in this... But i will however help you as much as I can, My sister and her boyfriend have been trying for 10 years with no success. Here is what I suggest. refrain from sex, I know it can be difficult, but refrain for about 2 months, tell him to wear boxers instead of briefs, and loose pants. the tighter the cloths the lower to sperm count also tell him to keep his genitals as cool as he can because the hotter he gets down there the more likely he is to kill the sperm. Then when you are ovulation tell him so that when you finally get to do the deed you are sure that you are at the specific time you need to be at too. plus not to be gross but you must also do what you can to climax as thats whats going to open your cervix and draw in the sperm that he lets off. Remember it only takes one to get pregnant lol Good luck hun!!

try the mailman. if you husband's not getting the bisket in the basket. you know the mailman always delivers!

find a guy who looks enough like your husband and do what you have to do. you can even have sex with your husband the same day that way you can never be certain it wasn't one of his sperm that did it without a dna or blood test.

to help your hubby. if your period is regular put your hubby on a no sex no masterbating restriction starting 1 week before your period starts untill 10 days after your period is over. that will allow his sperm count to build up for about 3 weeks . that will make him more potent

A reliable Doctor suggested that a male increases his sperm count by wearing boxer shorts (loose fitting). The logic is during daily activity the testicles are free to move and therefore promotes sperm development/production.

Infertility can be caused by a huge number of factors: hormone imbalance, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Endometriosis, Anovulatory Cycles, physical blockage, inadequate hormone production, short luteal phase, lack of lutenizing hormone, high levels or prolactin, and many others. How to get pregnant https://tr.im/qdQrv

Poor nutrition often plays a major role, as does exposure to toxins. Age plays less of a role before menopause than was originally thought. While there are many wonderful naturally minded fertility specialists out there, in many cases it is not possible for them to test for and address any of these possible underlying issues.

I and my 2 friends got that problem too. But now we are recovered. What we did is following
1) Daily morning walk. Inhale as much oxygen as we can during that.
2) Eat vegetables and fruits.
3) Drink milk in morning and before sleep.
4) Stop Masturbation.
5)Stop intercourse for 2 months.
6) Start our medication from a HOMEOPATH Dr. (Lycopodium 30)
Then we all have babies one after other.
