Theres nothing really to handle. Either one of you moves out or you both move out separately.
It would be absolute h*** to live together knowing you're not together as a couple anymore. Very awkward.

the way you word your question makes me say this: in the event that they are to no longer be "allowed" to stay jointly, how could this be dealt with? could or no longer this is a criminal offense? i do no longer think of this is a sturdy concept to stay jointly instead to marriage, yet I actual do no longer % the government telling us that we are able to no longer. this is no longer the government's corporation. I lived with my spouse for some months earlier we've been given married, yet we've been formally engaged, and have been doing so as type of a "try tension." We stumbled on that we've been nicely matched, so we've been given married. That replaced into seven superb years in the past. yet lower back, i do no longer think of the observe "allowed" is appropriate. specific, we are unfastened in this usa. that incorporates the liberty to do what won't be in our maximum suitable pastime, as long as we at the instant are not hurting each and each individual else.

Be real in your business...both of you...are you a couple? or no more? if not, both pays the rent? if yes, ask her if she moves out, you'll find a roommate, or if you move out, you find someone to be roommates with.
Who ever stays is harder, because the whole rent is your/her responsibility.
This is a very ugly situation.....be serious about it. You guys are or are not, period! there's no mid point.
I don't think you guys are 15 and 17.....right????????????

Pack her bags and kick her to the curb. Or pack your own bags and move out.

You should not be living together if you are not committed to each other in marriage in the first place.

You shouldn't have to. One of you should move out, preferably the one who broke up first....it's too hard, imo. Imagine when one of you starts dating someone new???
