Like a week ago the head of penis started itching really bad. I am uncircumsized and i have not had sex in two months (always use a condom) but I do masturbate. I notice that a foul smelling puss comes from under my foreskin.

You know you could have a yeast infection it is possible for men to have yeast infections and that is exactly where it lies around the head of your penis and it itches and has a foul smell. I would get some vagisel from a sister or store and rub it around the tip of your penis. Now I have also dated a guy with an uncircumsized penis and he never had any infections or anything like that once it was hard you could not even tell he was uncircumsized however if you do not clean it really well you will get minor infections that could result into something serious.

Sounds like a minor infection, which can be caused by any number of things. This is no need to get a circumcision. Merely clean it well, possibly with some disinfectant like peroxide, and it should be alright. If it continues oozing, see your doctor about getting medication for that. Smegma is not usually puss-like and is usually caked and doesn't move too terribly much, though if it has been recently moistened by urine or water, it could become more liquid like. Try cleaning it well first, then try the disinfectant if that doesn't work, and finally see your doctor if the itching and puss doesn't go away. I have had similar experiences, though it would be too much to write here, I'll gladly share more if you need any more help.

what you need to do is use a antibacterial soap in the shower and wash under your prepuce (foreskin) twice a day.
the foul smell could be a yeast infection (yes uncircumcised men can get it)
wash thouroughly, and after masturbation do the same.
if in one week of washing twice a day with antibacterial soap does not make the stench or puss go away. see your doctor
the puss you say is there could also be residue post ejaculation

BY ALL MEANS DO NOT USE PEROXIDE ON YOU PENIS.
****DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. the pain would be unimaginable. and it could eat the lining of your eurethra..
do not do that

Sounds like it could be infected. Since it's not circumcised, that happens in many cases due to the foreskin that covers the end of the penis. It makes it easy for bacteria growth, cause of dampness and not being able to breath.I'm no Dr. but my advice to you would be to go and see one asap, just in case it could be somthing else. I would hate to tell you what i think. Slightest case scenario ,maybe infection, most likely. If the puss is comming out of the tip of penis then i would most definitely have it seen, you could possibly have an inner infection.Don't worry either way, cause thay have medicine for most stuff now and days. Hope this helps!!!

If you have a yeast infection, the very worst thing you can use is anti-bacterial soap! "Good" bacteria keep fungus from growing so fast, and yeast is a fungus. Once you wipe out the bacteria, the yeast have a population explosion!
Clean with plain water, and see a doctor to find out if the infection is bacterial or fungal because the two get treated in very different ways.

You have smegma buildup from not cleaning your unit bud! Try washing it in the shower thoroughly with soap and water. If this doesn't work, pour Hydrogen Peroxide over it as this will kill any bacteria on the penis which causes the odor also.

It is a common problem with men who are not cut. You have tore the fore skin above the head under the skin, You need to pull the skin back clean it with peroxide and use neosporin on it for a few days, I would also suggest going and getting cut, my aunt never had my cousin josh's done and when he was 6 he got a severe infection and it was a direct result of not pulling the skin back making sure it's completely detached from the head.... to prevent tears. Trust me, not being cut isnt exactly the cleanest option, No i am not trying to say you don't clean properly, lol..... so please don't take that as an insult. I would suggest cleaning it and then making an appointment to have the skin removed. unless of course its part of your religion to not have it done. then I would suggest dealing with it about every three months.
