Tons and tons of them..You will be giving some away to the neighbors, or pressing them into juice to freeze and save for later..

Depends on the size of the tree, the soil, the water, etc.

I've got a decorative dwarf one that makes about 30 at a guess... but they're all too sour to eat until after they've split open. You may also need to look into how many GOOD fruits a pomegranate tree produce.

My wager is that it is not being pollinated. Tree fruit isn't constantly self-fertile. For fruit to set, many times a 2d type must be recent to facilitate pollination.
