I've been wearing liquid liner for about 16 years now and the best advice I can give is the following:
1. Have elbows on a steady surface, the steadier your arm the better the results
2. Keep your eye open when applying and begin at the inner corner working outward.
3. If you mess up, you cn fix the error with a Q-Tip.
You can also close your eye and apply along the rim of your lashline, but it's been my experience that the line comes out too bulky and heavy. You also don't want to apply liquid liner when your eyelids are puffy because you'll get skewed results.
Good luck!

Get a felt/sponge tip eyeliner. Almay makes a really good one for cheap, and so does MAC, but i dont know the name of the MAC one, don't get Liquid Last liner by MAC though because its a brush and a b*tch to get to look clean and nice. Another option is getting a small angled brush, and MAC's Fluidline, and another option is to do the line in pencil first, then go over it with liquid, it's a lot easier just to follow a line that's already been made, if your not good with liquid.

I put mine on the outside of my eyelid then after I have that down, I put it on the rest of the top lid. Honestly, some days it goes on great and some days it just never looks right. But practice, practice, practice!! Personally I like doing a little flick up at the end to make my eyes look bigger. My sister hates it, but I'm happy with it.

the easiest way is by streching the ends of your eye with using your finger.
start by drawing a line, and then re-filling it again.
Another way is to use a liquid eyeliner brush that is thin enough to draw a straight line.
Or you can just tilt your head a bit up and you'll get a great line to start drawing in! good luck

use a black eyeshadow and an angle brush instead of liquid its much better. or use a pencil eyeliner. loreal has a line called HIP Pigments and they sell a thick eyeshadow looking thing that is eyeliner, its dark black and easier to put on, its sold in any drug store. MAC also has alternatives to liquid eyeliner.

try using a liquid liner pen; kind of like a marker (like LineExact from Cover Girl). It's easier than the bottle and brush kind. But if that doesn't work, try the mechanical pencil kind that you twist and click (like Cover Girl's Perfect Point Plus). It works better than the regular pencil, but it's easier than the liquid. That's what I use.

Right after applying I use a slightly damped cotton swab to smooth and even it out. I use the dry side lightly to make it a bit softer.

you need to set ur elbows down on some sort of stable surface, that makes it much easier to put it on straight

Dip the brush in so it is not dripping too much. Go slowly.
