I think you guys are getting close but dont the moon and mars get to -200?

no. that's like living in liquid nitrogen. -200 degrees is almost reaching absolute zero (if in celcius), which has never been reached. even if it's -200 F, and you are living without any special equipment and not living in a vacuum.. it would require too much engery to keep your body at it's health 98.2 F.

No as -200 degrees is far too cold for humans to take the cold, much less saying that for a reasonable length of time being long enough to have kids and raise them to live in the same environment.

The world would have to be in a dome with a climate control station. So it could be possible if lots of money and care is put into this process. As far as actually living in 200 degree weather.....not a chance.....what would you eat/drink to survive? All would be dried out and extinct and you would die in that heat too.

Not possible unless you have a good protection from that temperature through well insulated homes etc.

of course not you'd die before you even had kids. Your Skin Would Burn due to the extreme cold.
