I have a question to you...recntly i have plan for doing Mtech from ISI....
So i may leave my current job....now after completing mtech if i rejoin the industry(i have to do so) the duration of my Mtech will be added to my previuos work exp or it will be treadted as an extra qualification but not add to the working exp???

It depends upon the terms and conditions of the job.

Technical Education is always a plus, if you are technically inclined you should do a Masters. It adds knowledge to you in area of specialisation that a two years work experience does not get. In a short time span you may not feel it is providing the work experience in a longer term you distance your self with bachelors crowd.
