Not me
An out of body experience is a feeling separated from one's physical body when one is being able to travel through space and perceive distant locations. Also known as astral travel and astral projection.

Yes, Illness not only caused an out of body experience, but also caused a NDE for me. (near death experience) in which I not only had astral projected form my body, but also broke the silver chord, and deserted the body as in death. I was returned by the Light a sit was not my time. I did not want to come back to this horrible world. The new world was so nice and perfect. But I was returned for reasons not certain to me, knowing only that I will return there some day, to the land of no time, no death, no illness, and Eternity.

Yes and no. That piques my curiosity! Next time I decide to take a little trip I'll make sure and check out a mirror. And, not being facetious, but I always get this fear of being unable to return. It spooks me just thinking about it - wheeeeeeew!

i've actually had an out of body experience before... i dont know what grade i was in... 3rd or 4th maybe... dont know how it happened if i zoned out, dozed off or what have ya... but when i looked down at the paper on my desk, it was my brother's handwriting, my brother's name on the paper, i looked around and i was actually in my brother's classroom, i saw his teacher and classmates... and then boom it was over i was called back to my reality by something in my class

Yes I have. I have diabetes and during one of my low blood sugar episodes. I was above my body looking down from above. It was very strange but yet very calming.

I haven't but know they are more common than known. It's "proof" that your consciousness is a separate thing from your body.
