I usually sleep on my back for the most of the time, but still I do sleep on side for a more comfortable pose during the middle of the sleep.

I sleep on all different sides. When I get tired of sleeping on one side, I switch to the other.

All sides, but some positions longer than others. People in full REM sleep usually do not know how they sleep unless they videotape it. They only know the position when they awake.
