k= [products] / [reactants]
always remember the brackets....this brackets represents the amount of concentrations of your reactants as well as products
if your data is right...and if my deduction is right...your reactants is CH3COOH and your product is 2NOCL...:) i hope im right...then your equilibrium constant should be

k = ([NOCL]^2) / [CH3COOH]

cool huh?...now you may ask what happened to your precious H2O...well in equilibria....water is always equals to unity or 1 so like in any other mathematical equations...when you mulitply any amount by 1 you would arrive with the number itself..so there i hope i answered your question...:)
