That'll happen about every time i go to Chinese buffets.
I'm only eating for ONE, but ya'd never know it!!!
The waiters usually come up and say "we out of food! you go now! you GO now!"

There are loads of enteritis-like bugs always going round the dog world - the good news is that once they recover from one, chances are they won't pick it up again. However, although hopefully this is just an uncomplicated tummy bug, if he's also doing diarrhoea and the vomiting is frequent, you do have to be aware he could become dehydrated. And this is serious and needs veterinary treatment to shut him down. At this age, you can withhold food (maybe just one meal), to give his system time to recover. No point putting food in if it's only going to upchucked again. Obviously if you are very worried about him, if he deteriorates, you need to get him to your vet. Otherwise leave him, offer him some boiled chicken, or white fish with a little rice. If he doesn't want to eat, don't force him, but call the vet. Natural yogurt can help clear up uncomplicated tummy upsets btw.
