oh comeon yaar can you just think how much ltr of milk have you consumed till now ,can you find any changes in you?
i agree that milk contains oxytocin but it is an healthy drink
and for baby's doctors advice is milk & lots of milk.
Even my advice for you is milk &lots of milk.

I rarely drink milk and don't eat much cheese.
Actually female hormones are probably the least of your concerns. What about antibiotics and growth-hormones?

havn't you ever thought about where milk comes from, or it's natural purpose? of course it would have hormones in it!
but as someone else said, you wont get boobs from it, so drink up.
