That's normal. I shave around my nipples every other day.
My husband has never known about it and we have been together for 14 years (married for 12 of those 14).
To the first answerer: Even if it is a hormonal imbalance (it may be hereditary too), medications do not help it any. I know because I have been on the pill for 14 years.

Breast hair is not uncommon on women. The amount will vary in the same way the amount of hair varies from woman to woman on other parts of the body. There are no negative health implications.

You have done a mistake. Hairs on woman's body should not be removed with blades, scissors etc. You should have used only the hair removing cream. Start using them now... and let your husband feel your silky breasts and you enjoy getting them fondled and sucked by him...

It's normal. I have them, and usually pluck them out with tweezers.
If they bother you really bad, you can get them lasered off. Or waxed.
