They sold 82 boxes of cookies on Friday. They sold three times as many on Saturday, which is ( 3 ) ( 82 ) = 246 boxes. They sold 54 fewer boxes on Sunday, which is 246 - 54 = 192 boxes.

on Sunday they sold
= 3(82) -- 54 boxes = 192
Sunday 192
Saturday 192 + 54 = 246
Friday 246/3 = 82

Friday=x
Saturday=3x
Sunday=3x-54
x=82
3x=246
3x-54=192
So on Sunday they sold 192 boxes of cookies
