defense went wrong and no role players stepped up. i don't think marcus camby even scored. jr smith and kenyon martin were held to single digits. nobody guarded radmonovic, nobody guarded kobe, nobody guarded fisher....they need to improve defensively that's the most important thing, and they won't win if melo and AI are the only guys scoring, no matter how many they score.
they're a lock for the playoffs, but they need to try to get a top 4 or 5 seed this year so that they don't have to play an elite team in the first round again if they want to advance. they'll put up points all year but if they get even a little better defensively they'll be serious contendors.

I've watched that game & i think 3 Things went wrong for the Nuggets.
1) Denver's defense in the forth was bad
2) Letting JR Smith finish the game who had an awful night shooting the ball instead of Anthony Carter who did a good job at the point guard position setting up Iverson
3) Kobe was great in the last 2 minutes

well im not a nuggets fan, but it was clear the nuggets didnt play very much defense. camby didnt even score a single point and they kept melo in check. how do you let vlad radmonovic shoot so many wide open 3s? all the lakers played well, they played like a team, everyone was scoring and touching the ball. it wasnt all just kobe this time. nuggets can score a ton, but its meaningless if they dont have the defense to protect the lead.

AI had 49 points thru 3 quarters.
and then Kobe had happened lol....AI went on that scoring spree when Kobe was injured and on the bench in the first half and whne Kobe had picked up his 4th foul a minute into the 2nd half
Kobe shut him down in the 4th and held him to 2 points and Kobe scored 12 in the 4th to win the game

no longer even the main medical and stable polls are consistent on who electorate will opt for this election. Pundits and hacks will cherry %. the main valuable of polls jointly as brushing off something that prepare their guy or gal dropping. consequently, there is no precise way of determining what number won't vote for a particular candidate. Suffice to declare, this presidential election would be, like the final 2, very close with the aid of an extremely partisan and divided electorate. besides the undeniable fact that, with the state of the financial device being the variety one project on electorate' minds, it nevertheless would not bode nicely for McCain's opportunities, nor does his unequivocal help for Bush's failing remote places coverage. His only benefit as of now's the media's obsession with the trivial sound bites and mudslinging that mars the Democratic race.

Lakers stepped up on defense generally, Bynum was great, Kobe was rested, and Vlad Radmonovic had some nice plays too.
Denver didn't seem to have a well-orchestrated offense.

well there is no supporting players that can really step up to the challenge night in and night out.the nuggets needs to get some good back up players if they want to survive long in the playoffs.Allen and Anthony cannot make it alone.
