I agree with Joseph and my stance on this issue has always been simple.

Why should the only country to ever have used nuclear bombs be responsible for other countries' nuclear activities? America emerges as the biggest hypocrite when they talk about attacking other countries for nuclear reasons. You should have seen Bush pounded by reporters in the press conference the day before yesterday.
NO WMDs were found in Iraq and now more people die there than ever did under Saddam (I am not condoning Saddam). The result has been chaos and slaughter of civilians. Do we need to do the same with Iran??
As I said, America is the ONLY terrorist state to have used such weapons. Sadly no one has the balls to point such a basic fact in the IAEA or UN.

No. It's NOT up to the U.S. to decide who should have Nuclear Weapons & who should not (Who "decided" WE should have them??!). It's a Global Issue, and a World Body- like the U.N.- should make that decision. Look what happend when we "decided" to remove Sadam from Office- in Iraq, 4 years ago... -and He didn't have the backing of his countrymen... The result of an attack on Iran would have far WORSE & longer lasting consequences than what we saw with Iraq... -It'd be a nightmare senario... :(

Yes.
The world of modern diplomacy is not always that of common sense, but it's a step up from the ancient form, which was purely common sense. The neocons playing power politics and are here to stay, get over it people.

Iran should not have the nuclear playing card when they openly support hate, war, and continue to threaten our geopolitical interests.
