i tride ctrl-alt-delete and it didnt let me how can i go in?

If you forgot the windows password then you could always set the boot device to the DVD drive (or CD drive if it's old) and use OS CD or recovery CD to restore your system to when it was bought.

If it's the BIOS password though then you'll need to bring it back to the manufacturer (and they'll charge money and require you to prove that you own the laptop).

Download a freeware programme called dBan to CD/DVD
(http://dban.sourceforge.net/). This will take a few hours but it obliterates your hard drive to new. You w,ill obviously, have to reload all your "stuff" Hope you had been making backups!!!
This also an excellent programme to use prior to selling your computer.

try to change it in safemode as admin. press f8 when it is booting to get there
