i've tried limewire and a few websites. pls tell me where to get this sims.

The sims games can't be downloaded. EA Games has programmed all of it's Sims games to require the original disk in order to play.
Good news for you though, you can purchase copies of the game at pretty much any store that sells computer games, Best Buy, CompUSA, Circuit City, Target, Walmart....
You can also purchase an official version of the game off of EA Games' website, although be careful with that...EA Games will require you to have an internet connection at all times in order to play your game.
