1- The right to bear arms. Without it, the rest are meaningless.

2- Freedom of speech. We should be able to voice our objections without fear of reprisal.

3- Freedom from self-incrimination. You shouldn't be forced into saying something that can be used against you.

I would have listed freedom from unreasonable search and seizure, but the Supreme Court basically knocked that down with their eminent domain ruling against the private homeowner who lost in Kelo v. City of New London to a pharmaceutical company who wanted their property to build a factory on.

This question has no right or wrong answers. This is a personal question, so it's up to you to decide which three is the most important rights/freedoms. I am assuming you are talking about the United States Bill of Rights. which one do you value more? the freedom of speech? freedom of religion? rights to due process (laws, courts, jury, etc)? rights to bare arms? There are many more of them (check the link below). Read upon them, and think about which ones you can't do without.

Speech, press, worship. If speech and press are viewed as one, then add protection against self-incrimination.
