For me, it has to be between The Rose and Sybil.
The Rose is more depressing than disturbing, but the things she does to her body...that is disturbing. The film is based on Janis Joplin, so I founf it really sad and disturbing.
Sybil-Headless cat and the flashbacks are just horrifying. I was saying that her mom needs to be stabbed and crying in class. That was really disturbing.

sunrise of the lifeless, i replace into not at all petrified of something i might seen in a movie till that. Now I even have escape plans, back up plans, and constantly freak out on the subject of the deadly virus that could desire to at any 2nd reason me and my relatives to be surrounded by using as much as 7 billion "undead" and contaminated... i'm no longer the only one the two.

Mine would have to be Misery. I can't even watch that movie for a second time because how she breaks that guys ankles with a 2x4 and a sledge hammer. It creeps me out.
