Considering the past history of the sad event, there will undoubtedly be several within the next 13 years. As to looks, probably the person will be Joe (or Joan) Average, and will be any color of person in the school.
Ridiculous policies almost guarantee further episodes...

It'll be like the next year or sooner. The shooter will be white or Asian, that's for sure. It'll be a dumb male of course and as usual, someone that doesn't think first before acting on HIS ravaged emotional state.

They seem to be getting more and more popular. Here in Canada we had one recently in Montreal. I pray this is not a new trend that we will have to deal with in the future.
