The Tin Man was pretty great, so is Ghost Hunters. But some of the shows on Sci Fi are pretty much crap.

If you could change Sci Fi, what would you do?

Give the shows that are doing good a bigger budget. Battlestar Galactica pulls in huge numbers, yet they are cancelling the show because it costs too much to produce. Also, marketing. Tin Man was great in my opinion, though, again, with a little more money could have been awesome. More Original shows, less original low budget movies.

Tin Man was good, and so are the Stargates and Eureka. Ghost Hunters isn't a real sci-fi show, so I don't know why its on the Sci Fi Channel. Also, they need to get rid of ECW and most of the movies.

Good: Sci-fi, of course. ;)

Bad: Some shows are just really stupid and have nothing to do with sci-fi (like the ECW thing). It's a waste because there are so many awesome sci-fi shows out there that I'd love to see on that channel, but instead they're being replaced by crap.

get rid of the damned wrestling.. and bring back some of those awesome shows they used to play..

I really miss the daily episodes of the original Dark Shadows.. (I have one set on DVD, but there are thousands of episodes)

I also miss one that was called The Sentinal.. that was a really interesting show as well..

It seems like they've jumped onto the reality tv a bit too much.. (I admit, I am partly to blame.. I watched Mad House religiously.. ) but these shows like Ghost Hunters are stupid.. As a person who does do some investigations on my own, I know one thing for sure.. they destroy ALL of their credibility by talking and yelling throughout. IF they were going to get the proof they want, they need to be able to hear it.. and they won't hear it if what they are taping is themselves talking. (EVP is VERY light.. it takes a lot of patience and listening with head phones.. replaying anytime something sounds different.. Having their own voices so loud and constant there is no chance in hell they will ever hear anything)

I miss the Saturday Anime.. I miss Sightings in the morning.. (That was my routine.. Yoga, followed by Sightings, followed by Dark Shadows OR The sentinal.. as those 2 played in the same time slot.. 6 months of one, then 6 months of the other)

I love Eureka and Dr. Who, but they play entirely too many schlock movies. Some of their original series are OK, and some leave me cold. But it's hard to compete with 300 other channels today, so I'm satisfied if a channel has 25% of stuff I like, because I can watch a lot of other channels, too.

I wouldn't do much to the SciFi channel since most of the shows on it are classic. I love Doctor Who (David Tennant is so dreamy;)) and Tin Man.

Ghost Hunters. That's about it. Seriously need an overhaul. Everything hinges on a couple of show.
