A roast beef hot shot. That's a roast beef sandwich cut diagionally, on a plate, with a dollop of mashed potatoes between the sections and everything liberally covered in beef gravy. They are also good with french fries substituted for the mashed potatoes. Oh yes....gotta have a Coca Cola with it.
