i have a lot of problems with proofs; i really dont understand. any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Since ABCD is a ||-ogram, AD= BC and AD||BC by definition.
Thus angle DAE = angle CBE because they are corresponding angles formed by two || lines and a transversal.
Since it is given that angle CBE = angle CEB, then angle DAE must also = angle CEB (both equal to same angle).
Since it is given that angle CBE = angle CEB then triangle BEC is isosceles and hence BC= CE.
Thus AD = CE since they both equal BC.
Hence AECD is an isosceles trapezoid because its two non || sides are equal.
