Collect all the documents in relation to follow ups to the builder, agreement with him for the construction & getting the necessary clearances from the various government agencies, give a last & final notice for him to get the Municipal Construction Clearance Certificate with two weeks time period from the receipt of this notice, failing which go & file a complaint against this builder in the District Consumer Forum where this property is located or where this builder has his head office for compensation on the ground of deficiency of service & non fulfillment of necessary clauses of the contract/agreement for this building, there by causing immense losses to you.
