With all of the exploring that human beings are doing, I would wonder what would happen if we found such a scenario. There are surely many planets that are "suitable." It's just a matter of finding one that offers the "exchange" that humans can tolerate.

This is indeed a interesting question, however there is a easy answer, and that is yes! Because we were born to evolve, & that means our evolution will take us to beyond our solar system(adapting to extreme circumstances is in our nature) This is my opinion.

Well getting to them would be the problem, unless we could have much faster space travel all the humans would die during the commute! That would be a huge waste of money and energy : )
