Medusa because she exert women dominance though the way she went wasn't really a good way to go. she shows power, dominance, coldness, and sadness with such passion. There are lots of great art of her too. Her life is so sad I feel like i have some commonalities with her.

Although not technically a Greek myth, I suppose, the play Iphigenia at Aulis by Euripides is among my favorite Greek stories.

Hades & Persephone. I don't know why I enjoy a story about the God of the Underworld kidnapping someone and keeping her against her will, but it's been my favorite myth since elementary school.

The adventures of Odysseus. His shrewdness had saved him so many times.
l also love the romantic tale of Eros and Psyche and the bittersweet(?) story of Hades and Persephone.
