The email has nothing to do with our company. She just talks about it in the breakroom. He has nothing to do with our company. Its an aol account. I know intercepting someone's snail mail is an offense, just curious about this.

Looking at the email of another is intrusion into privacy of communication which is illegal under the Constitution.

It is illegal, but why is this any of your concern?

If she is doing this on company time, you should be reporting it to your supervisors.
