Wow what a blind post from another Ron Paul supporter.
First of all that 5% (which is really aorund 3%) you refer to is of likely primary voters. So Ron Paul is looking at 3-5% of likely Republican party voters. Those who do go out and vote in the primaries.
Secondly you think that if someone doesn't vote for Ron Paul they are either misinformed, a Hillary supporter or some dumb redneck. COME ON, Get your own head out of your bum. I maybe from Texas but redneck is the last thing anyone would refer to me as.
I am one of those begging for the members of his own party to stray away from Hillary if we are to have any hope of winning in November.
And finally I have liekly listened to and read more about Ron Paul directly from his own words then you. I don't listen to the rhetoric, I don't listen to the spin. I go the the sources directly.
No I'm sorry son, (the redneck in me) but it appears to me that only 3-5% of the population support the Libertarian Ron Paul's agenda. Besides if Ron Paul were to win the Republican Nomination don't you think he would split a lot of votes in the general election with whoever the libertarian candidate will be. Don't forget that the libertarians have already gained ballott access to 28 states. That's half the states that you would be looking at splitting the votes with another libertarian candidate. Possibly a candidate with ideals within the party that conflicts with Ron Pauls such as his pro-life stance or the debate among libertarians between anarchist/minarchist policy.

So many issues about Ron Paul. I am going to vote for him. I am so disappointed in both parties right now... Ron Paul tells it like it is and we need a change from the same old BS we have now... just look at Congress, what are they doing for the people?

All Ron Paul supporters are voting for him. We need to get out to the people who won't vote for him because they don't think he has a chance. These people have been brainwashed into not voting for him even though they like him. The answer to that double think is "If everybody who thinks that just votes for him, he will win easily."

Sure he will win.
What proves it to me is the fact I (a conservative who thinks the 2nd amendment is the most important issue) is teamed up with democrats who I would normally be political enemies with. And guess what... I LOVE IT....
