please explain what part(s) of its path does a projectile have minimum speed?

i really dont understand this, please explain using easily understandable words THANKS!

Quick answer is at the peak of its trajectory (path)
Why? because it is to be thought about this way
throw a ball straight up and down (vertical this is your y)
and throw another ball side way (horizontal this is your x)
The sideways throw or roll in that case just as long as it isnt thought of as going up or down, when going sideways the ball doesnt slow down till the end.(this does not matter and you will see why in a lil bit)
And when it goes up and down it slows down at its peak it actually stops completely when going straight up at its peak

Yet you only really have to look at the up and down part because we know that the initial velocity(starting speed) and final velocity(ending speed just before hitting the ground) are the same, they are equal meaning that the end of the trajectory couldnt be the slowest leaving the peack because of vertical movements.

I would guess the apex (maximum height) of anything going up.
oops... I forgot two trivial points:
before it starts moving and after it stops moving.
