I don't know about where you live but in the state of California there has to be at least a 3 year age difference for anybody to prosecute! and In the state of Nevada The only time it's illegal is if one person is under 16 and the other is older then 16!

Filing for statutory charges in Virginia is up to the parents and usually there has to be 2 years difference between the guy and girl and the child has to be under 16. You should be okay but states may vary on their statutes. I certainly wouldn't brag too much about it until he turns 18 just to be safe.

I have no idea. I know here in Florida it is. The ages are werid. It's like 13-15. 16-17. 18 & up.

I have 6 months pregnant and my baby's dad is in jail and my parents wanted to press rape chargers on him. but it wasnt on force. I am really the one who wanted to have sex with him. So we couldnt press chargers. and he is 20. and Im 16. So it all depends. But i would say no only if it was forced.

Probably not. Depends where you live. Where I live (PA) it's not illegal. I don't know the laws everywhere else.
