You must still have some symptoms of pre-eclampsia for them to have you on bed rest.

I had the same problem too but my blood pressure stayed up there. I would get headaches lot and feel dizzy. I was put on bedrest at 33 weeks (when i went into labor which was stopped) but i ended up having my son at 35 weeks.
They had me on blood pressure pills before and after i had my son.
The only cure for pre-eclampsia is to give birth. It is a dangerous condition. Ask your doctor though why your blood pressure is not up.
I also was so swelled in my hands, feet, legs, arms and face.

One of more symptom could be preeclampsia and it is better safe than sorry when it comes to this complication. However, usually there needs to be high blood pressure and protein in urine for it to be considered preeclampsia. High blood pressure alone could be just hypertension induced by pregnancy.

You should obviously follow your doctors orders, but I would ask for careful checking at your next appointment to see if you are showing any signs. I would also ask if they are still worried about preeclampsia since all the tests came back with little indication of preeclampsia.

Good luck, I know it sucks, but hang in there!

That's a tough one...regardless, I'd listen to the doctor and take it VERY easy- preeclampsia can be very serious, and lead to seizures. Even if you are diagnosed w/ preeclampsia, you can have normal blood pressure readings every once in awhile. There is a little more to the diagnosis than just high b/p.

I would just take it easy until you have the test. Usually with Pre-eclampsia the blood pressure is extremely high. My mom had this when she was pregnant with my brother (Back when it was called Toxemia) and her blood pressure was higher than normal.
