My son is 17 and Missouri law prohibits those under 21 to handle alcohol. My son works for a 91M locally owned company & the warehouse guys drink either on the job (management) or after hours on the company property. One of my son's "requirements" is to keep ice on the bosses beer. I found out today, that the boss has been treating my son similar to a slave making him retrieve his beers for him, making him refill his beer cooler and the boss throwing his beer cans at my son when he's done making my son pick them up and throw them away. This is unlawful practice but the boss has been there for 20+ years and keeps the beer cooler hidden from upper management in a store room under a deadbolt and pad lock...the boss continually threatens my son and nephew (16), who also works there, if they don't do what he tells them to do he says he will fire them. They love their job but really can't stand this alcoholic he really treats them more like slaves - continually screaming at them/disrespectfu

WHAT?! dude, im 17, i know that shi* is wrong, you say they love thier jobs, but if someone was disrespecting me or my sons like that id let my sons result to violence, BUT if thats not your route, call the OSHA, Call the police, thats unsafe work enviroment, hell you go up there and tell him whats up, if your son gets fired for it or something you can get the manager fired, thats illigal (at least in texas) i think its like bill 121.34? somewhere around there, it says that any person who reports a wrong-doing to another boss, at a higher level, is guarnteed saftey of thier job. Dude, dont get run over like that, hes your kin, tkae some initative,

helpful you will desire to pass. it is thoroughly criminal, as long as they are not serving you the alcohol. in the event that they are telling you to tell your mom and father, then they sound rather to blame, and it sounds like it would be a secure place. So go and have relaxing, yet be careful. you do no longer would desire to drink to have fun, the two.
