MAYBE YOUR AFRAID OF GETTING HURT ..

2007-12-05 21:30:00 · answer #1 · answered by Snuggles 7 · 2 0

When the feeling is mutual, I see no valid reason why any person involved would still say no.

Unless, of course, he or she dredges up fragments of memory that's similar to the present situation but which ended up unpleasantly.

This is not meant to discourage, though, that it isn't worth doing it again, for the situation may turn out to be different this time around.

Smile!

Edit: I'm just wondering why the lady above me prefers to call herself "patient chicken." =)

Because as much as I want to rip her clothes off and make her mine I understand that there is more to it than lust. Besides our lives are going in opposite directions and I have some very complex issues which need to be resolved this year. I am still flattered by the attraction and I would never hurt her.

Maybe because you do not want to find hapiness if there a risk of losing it and then you feel down an miserable again?
Or maybe you should risk EVERYTHING and ignore the consequences.
You shall only say NO to death.

Because I'd be too chicken$#!% to make the first move and believe I was not good enough to have her. Fear dominated me (based on true events).

Like the situation! ERROOF!

If I did, it would because I had that "good" feeling about a man before and we still eventually ended the relationship...

I'd say yes in a heartbeat!!!It's a hell of alot better than saying no and then wondering years down the road if he was the one.

because in your crazed mind you have no self esteem and probably carry around guilt from things in your past which are not your fault, but this leaves with the subconcious idea that although you would like to be happy-you do not deserve it.
