Yes I do.When I lived in Louisiana we would make sweets and give them to neighbors.I loved receiving home made jellies, breads, cookies and candies.Seems they would bring my gifts about the time I had theirs ready.Funny the things I miss.Once I got new neighbors,3 grown men.I made cookie tray and took it to them on the 21st of Dec.They brought it back to me the next day and ask for more...Crazy neighbors,I did give them all the extra I had...

Homemade gifts seem to be what I'm happiest with these days. Oh things like homemade cookies, pastries, donuts with sprinkles and cakes are best. ;-) My brother adds fish flies in wooden boxes which is great. Nephew carves so his gifts are exciting to open.

I dislike when people buy me shirts, ties and hats. I've way too many of all of those. (The ties? My God what were they thinking?)

I've never been given any homemade food gifts I didn't like.We love a plate of mixed cookies or bars. We got a toll house pie that was delicious one year. I love those Lemon Bars and Dates Around Town cookies. Fudge and Divinity is good. Sea Foam is really good. Sugar Cookies, Snickerdoodles, Toll House Cookies mmmmmmmmmm ....

I generally give homemade snack baskets for some of my friends, either cookies, breads, cakes, and hot chocolate or cider mix or for the 'other friends' I go with crackers, homemade salami, homemade kaluha, or a bottle of wine.

I don't receive them, but sure wouldn't complain if I did!

I do like getting homemade food as gifts because that means that they spent time making your gift and it is made with love. I don't recall ever getting anything that I didn't like.

I trying to make cookies, candy, and pumpkin bread every year to give away as gifts.

Yes indeedy ! Especially nut rolls and fudge. Don`t particularly care for the packaged cheeses and sausages sold in boxes and baskets at the malls.

People FINALLY know not to get me any of those fruitcakes...oh, they are sooo gross.

I don't mind if someone brings Christmas cookies...but give that Fruitcake to somebody else.

We really enjoy our friend's dads homemade wine...that knocked our really big friend out...one small glass!

As long as there is a little chocolate in the mix I am happy. Much better than another scarf or pair of gloves that I dont need.

I've never gotten anything I didn't like. My mom in law makes me her oatmeal raisin cookes, which I love. And peanut butter fudge. Brother in law comes up with venison summer sausage. All good stuff.
