A diamond consists of carbon atoms and impurity elements like boron and nitrogen. Nitrogen is usually included in most of the synthetic diamonds produced, hence their yellow color. Pure carbon diamonds can be synthetically made indeed, it has been done actually, already in 1990 as General Electric produced some synthetic diamonds with no detectable nitrogen. You could call them pure diamonds in this case.

There are synthesized diamonds, but I am not sure how pure they are. I would imagine to get colour they would have to add some sort of impurity.

Maybe this site will help http://www.lifegem.com

As far as natural diamonds, nothing is 100% pure. That's just not how nature works.

humanely impossible (for now) in order to find that kind of diamond you will have to visit the center of the earth , where there is a lot of extreme heat and pressure, the perfect conditions necessary to create diamonds
Plus if could make our own diamonds, the price of this precious will depreciate at the speed of light.
