What exactly do you think you live for? I mean, there are many things, but I'm just curious about everyone's opinion on this is.

For me, personally, I live for God!

--On a personal level...I live for love. Simply put, I don't think I've *ever* had anyone on this planet love me *for me*, unconditionally, no strings attached. Even my own family, and *especially* my own mother, always had conditions and strings attached, and games to play with it.

Some days it really makes me cynical and sad for the world. Sometimes I do wonder if human beings really do love one another, or if it's just a *word* they use to manipulate each other and exploit one another's insecurities.

But yeah....an instinctive part of me has figured it out, that if I were to die before *knowing* what love was...I wouldn't rest, I'd be stuck here being a bitter old ghost, because I wouldn't be *able* to rest, I wouldn't be *whole enough* to rest, or alive enough to admit I was dead yet. If that makes sense.

--On a more cerebral level....I live for what the future holds for us as human beings. Part of me is just curious that way, and wants to get past the mediocre and sucky start of the new century just so I can *get to the cool stuff*, because historically, I can tell that the cool stuff, in any given century, usually doesn't hit until *after* the first ten years have passed.

So the intelligent part of me wants to *see* how human civilization will turn out, and wants to see what cool new toys are on the horizon, and wants to see if people end up living up to their potential. ^_^

I hope this helps....Good Question!

I live to make the world a better place, whether it be lending a hand to someone in need, volunteering at my church, voting for a new law that will guarantee equality, or just cheering someone up who's feeling down. There's so many ways I can make the world a better place, and my job never gets boring! It's it the most aspiring thing anyone can try to accomplish, and if people would do the "pay-it-forward" act, we could each make a little difference in the world.

I live for the joy of living a life so full of wonder and surprise. Despite the many ups and downs and the times I've been so low I never thought I would find my way, life is indeed good.

I live to learn the lessons my soul didn't learn the last time it existed in this physical plane. I live to pass a legacy of peace and love to those I come in contact.

I live to love life, because life isn't done with me yet!

Not much these days...
I feel like I do the same exact thing every day...get up, fight traffic, go to work, keep out of my boss's hair, fight traffic, go home, go to bed....
I do go to Church every weekend hoping that God will help to make my life better through good deeds I perform.
