My doctor says that 9 would be a normal level and that ideally, he would like it to be above 12 with me trying to conceive. Mine was 0.9. But they are not putting me on hormones to bring it up. I am told if it stays low, I may have a much greater chance of miscarriage, so I am worried. Anyone who can share more information or advice--I would appreciate it!

Once you become pregnant they will put you on the hormones to bring it up if it doesn't rise on its own. Thousands of women get pregnant every year with low porgesterone.

I heard that they do give you progesterone in order for the baby to be able to "implant" properly. I think you should get a second opinion.
